The world breathes a sigh of relief this morning. There is now a chance for peace that must not be missed. And, there is a window where action on energy and fuel prices can avoid another cost of living spike. They've had a wake up call - the time for the UK to act is now.

I want to focus our NHS more on prevention, and detecting problems early.
If re-elected, the SNP government will introduce ‘health MOTs’ in everyday places - like workplaces, shopping centres or pharmacies - to make it easier to get lung and heart checks.

Motorists are being hammered at the pumps, households are facing unaffordable bills, and Westminster is doing nothing.
Ireland and Spain have already stepped in to protect their people. Westminster must be recalled to face up to this crisis and act now.
If it won’t act, it should hand the powers over to Scotland.
