Hello Dawie, you shining the spotlight on one of the biggest scandals in SA right now. Perhaps not fair to use Top40 or ALSI as a benchmark (rather use the Multi-Asset High Equity ) as a benchmark, you will still find that most SA retirement funders are not beating inflation.
Wife retires end of March. Since July '20 her pension's balance grew less than the monthly contributions for the 30 months up to January '23. In the same time #TOP40 up 45%. Is there somewhere to query this, will the company entertain any queries about this? Any help appreciated.
It seems that the only thing @EFFSouthAfrica can do, is shut things down. Instead of taking positive action, they're placing an even bigger burden on struggling businesses and people that can't afford to lose a day's work. They are just jostling for a place at the trough.

Don't ever get insurance through @FNBSA. Not only do their call center numbers not exist, I pay R1775 each month for an insurance policy that does not exist. Yet, the policy is due for renewal in Feb.
So, now I'm stuck, because locksmiths aren't free and my keys are in my boot.
Is there a more useless service provider than @cellc?
