One thing I’ve been learning from Garly’s Firebase Analytics is that building a personal safety app comes with a rather interesting challenge. You’re building something you hope people will never actually need to use in an emergency. And that makes keeping users engaged a little more complicated than it might seem. Garly isn’t a social media app. Its purpose isn’t to keep people staring at their screens for hours. It’s to be there when they need it. But that doesn’t mean there isn’t room to improve the experience. Analytics are not just numbers to celebrate. They’re an opportunity to understand how people interact with what you’re building, what works and what could be better. One of the next improvements will focus on the very first experience with Garly. Instead of immediately asking new users to register, I want to create a more immersive introduction, allowing people to explore the app, understand its purpose and discover its features before creating an account. The challenge isn’t to make people spend more time on Garly. It’s to make them understand why it’s worth keeping 🧄 So, next steps: - Make the number of actual downloads coming from Ambassador referral links trackable and verifiable. - Optimize Garly for iPhone Duo. - Make the first experience with Garly simpler, more intuitive and easier for new users to explore

I care deeply about my product and that’s why I’ll keep working on it no matter what. No one can take away the passion I have for what I do. Ups and downs come and go, but one thing remains: the determination to keep trying, to keep believing and to keep building. Ppl often tend to give up on a project when things aren’t going well. That’s a mistake I’ve made and learned from myself. But things are very different when you genuinely believe in the product you’ve created. And I do. I believe in @appGarly .
