Expensive gas – not net-zero – is driving up bills Net-zero is, in fact, "helping to shelter Britain from the impact of expensive gas", says @ACJSissons

George Cottrell also forged a passport but @reformparty_uk did not report him - in fact, they even put his former boss Mehrtash A'zami, who knew about the identity fraud, as their treasurer.
🚨 BREAKING: Reform UK has reported ITV and its reporters to the police after going undercover in the party for a year "They forged a passport. They directly interfered in elections and almost certainly results. They lied to a veteran"

Pretty much my view. This announcement won’t move the price of gas, no matter how much magical thinking is done on this topic.
The new gas field isn’t going to bring down your bills. Gas is bought & sold globally, so the reality is, fossil fuels controlled by dictators have Britain in a chokehold til we fully embrace gas-free driving & heating and cut the link between electricity and gas. BUT, fwiw, getting gas locally is still the right move while we’re transitioning off it. It’s a bit cleaner and brings jobs and tax revenue to Britain.

Right now, difficult negotiations are underway in pursuit of a lasting peace, which is needed not only by Ukraine. At this difficult moment, it is essential that all sides take a measured approach, including by realistically assessing the situation and communicating truthful information. The objective fact is that Dobropillia remains under Ukrainian control, so there can be no talk of Russian forces having “captured” this Ukrainian city. At the same time, the commander of Russia’s Group of Forces "Center," Colonel General Andrey Ivanayev, is deliberately misinforming the Russian president, intimidating his own subordinates and setting them impossible tasks, demanding that they demonstrate the capture of the Ukrainian city of Dobropillia at any cost, because Ivanayev himself has already reported that it has been captured. Ukraine’s Defense Forces are holding their positions to protect our state’s interests and our land. No false statements will change reality.

Presidential advisor Serhiy Beskrestnov confirms Elon Musk's SpaceX is deliberately crippling Ukrainian Starlink terminals: "I can confirm that tonight SpaceX has implemented a speed limit on Starlink terminals while in motion. The limit currently applies to the StarShield “military package” and is set at 100 mph. Our defense forces were not given notice of this limit, and this has resulted in the disruption of a number of missions. It is clear that this action cannot be a coincidence and is related to the current political situation."

This explains why Texas separatists, with their totally coincidentally identical “Veteran, Christian, Father, MAGA” bios, have suddenly gone awfully quiet today, right alongside their Quebec counterparts, conspiracy whackos, and Polish anti-EU eurosceptics
With Yandex data centers under constant attack, I’m starting to worry that the White House will issue yet another demand to stop the strikes. After all, it would be a tragedy if Russia’s valuable bot traffic dried up just before the midterms.

According to the BBC, the U.S. uses roughly 3.6 million barrels of diesel fuel per day, which works out to 491,000 metric tons. So... 300,000 tons of diesel is about 14-15 hours worth of U.S. supply.
Trump: "I have just concluded a highly successful discussion with President Vladimir Putin, of Russia, wherein it was agreed that Russia will immediately supply over 300,000 Tons of Diesel Fuel to the American and Global Marketplace, another 500,000 Tons during the month of November, and 1,000,000 Tons immediately thereafter. Additionally, based on the condition of their Diesel Refineries, Russia will then deliver, within a short period of time, 3,000,000 Tons of Diesel Fuel."

Fair point
I don't get it. I thought Ukraine blew up so much Russian diesel there was a shortage in the world and prices increased as a result. How can now Russia now export enough Diesel to lower the prices?

Yesterday’s haul from the @IBEROSTAR Creta Panorama and Waves harbour. The lounger is definitely beyond repair and found some bits of others. The sunshade is serviceable. The storm has moved some huge rocks, so another lounger is trapped in’s crevice I can’t get it out of!

Seems like @RaheemKassam is unhappy with people calling the Orr/Jukes reputation management report - comissioned by a reputation management barrister for ReformUK - a reputation management report. Please don't call it that way.
Bet he’s got more money than you.

Discovered the red storm that was battering Rethymnon in Crete when we arrived had dumped a sunlounger and shade in the sea. My @NonPlasticBeach experience means I always leave it cleaner than I find it, so these were removed from the deep water. @IBEROSTAR

The two reports into the Spainish incident founds that the blackouts were not caused by Renewables. Has she not read them yet or does she just keep on lying? She’s been predicting blackouts for a decade now.
Utter stupidity. Grid cannot work with erratic renewables causing instability- see Spanish power cut last year. Blackouts coming soon.

I saw a lot of this very clearly centralised and coordinated pro-Putin nonsense yesterday. Still it helps map their information warfare networks.
Apparently the French, Dutch, German and Danish mothers all had the exact same thought, in the exact same order, on the exact same day. Remarkable.
