It was great to catch up with Alan Bates this afternoon. Alan and the Justice for Sub-postmasters Alliance have been tirelessly campaigning for many years. I’ll continue to stand by them until all victims of the Post Office Horizon scandal get the compensation they deserve.

I’ll be returning to the Post Office scandal tomorrow, with more on the Post Office’s compensation scheme. I’ve concluded the Post Office has been running a deliberate strategy to pay out as little as possible.
