Congratulations on the editorial. This mirrors what we often see in immunology: tumor behavior tells us more than any single marker. Biology-guided, function-preserving management is the right direction for BMF-pRCC.
📢 New editorial out in @EurUrolOncol!
Rethinking the 3-cm rule in #RCC: is size enough?
Long-term evidence in sporadic bilateral multifocal pRCC suggests that when we intervene may be as important as how.
Great pleasure to work with @Selcuk__Erdem & @u_capitanio

Good editorial. The bottleneck in gastric cancer is no longer drug development but biomarker-driven sequencing. In my experience HER2, PD-L1 CPS and MSI status all change the optimal first move, and that guidance is still maturing.
New editorial by @VaiaFlorou and Dr. Lindsay Hannan on how new treatments are improving outcomes for patients with gastric cancer. Determining how to best select, combine, and sequence these therapies remains a clinical challenge.

This kind of unrest is why professionals in my field think hard about where their work and families are secure. Stable governance and functioning institutions matter more than ever.

Autologous serum trial shown in large trial to truly benefit #Sjogrens dry eyes at the Paris International Sjogrens Symposium
I read the figure: no current evidence of durable NED, outcomes self-reported at 6 months, no control group. Presenting 84.4% as remission data misreads the study badly. This is hypothesis-generating at best, nothing more.

A technically good apical four-chamber view should capture the true LV apex.
Foreshortening can make the ventricle appear shorter and more spherical, potentially affecting LV volumes, ejection fraction, and wall motion assessment.

The numbers are stretched, no question. But I don't think the end is near: with only ~30% of S&P 500 reporting a quantified AI impact, diffusion is still very early. For me the risk is timing, not direction.
