For travelers, always purchase a travel insurance before your trips! Nasa 300-400 petot lang naman cheapest usually ng 5-8 days international travel insurance.
Syempre ayaw natin gamitin ang insurance but in some cases like this na nasira yung checked-in baggage ko during the flight, nareimburse ako ng insurance company amounting to 8k petot with proper documentations, photos and letter from airline company.

Agree. I have never been a fan/supporter of him. Ito yung taong nalason na ang utak. It’s easy for him to mention “source” kasi he knows that no one will ever know if that “source” is existent or not. Or that “source” will always be anonymous. And I think it’s always non-existent kasi siya din yan. Pero ang nakaka disappoint is marami pa rin ang nag eengage sa kanya at nahihighlight pa nga ng main stream media or socials. In effect, natutulungan siya to have a wider reach. Then later on gagamitin niya ang convenience of apology making it so so unsincere. I wonder hindi yan siya nakaka cancel. To know malakas cancel culture naten dito sa Pinas. I believe in bad karma. Kung hindi man sa kanya babalik directly yan, baka sa pamilya nya.
I have never been a fan of this Christian Gaza, and post like this is exactly why.
What I dont understand is why people continue giving him a platform when much of what he puts out is difficult for ordinary followers to independently verify. At some point, we have to stop treating every viral claim as fact simply because someone with a large influence said it.
Let’s stop this. There are more important things to talk about than someone’s private life being dragged through scammer's claims.

Metro Manila’s condo glut persists: 80,000 unsold units, discounts hit 40%
Metro Manila’s condominium oversupply remains a stubborn challenge, with nearly 80,000 units still unsold despite developers slowing construction and rolling out aggressive incentives to attract buyers, according to Colliers Philippines research director Joey Bondoc.
The slowdown is taking its toll on new projects, with only 2,200 units completed in the third quarter of 2026, roughly half the original forecast of 4,500 units.
But the glut is creating opportunities for property buyers, with developers offering discounts of up to 40 percent on select ready-for-occupancy units, alongside flexible payment schemes and other incentives.
