You hear absolutely nothing but “take the points” from football analysts about 4th down decisions but since Ohio State got their touchdown on 4th and 2 late in the first half, all the halftime analysts agree it was the right decision. Fuck these guys.

The narrative that people should be ashamed for not paying hundreds of dollars to watch millionaires play a kids’ game is fucking ridiculous.

I’m thinking if you literally have “Jihad” in your name, we might be better off without you.

When the people in charge of making sure you are properly strapped into a roller coaster are 16 year old morons being paid minimum wage, it’s only a matter of time.

I bet we could get 4 more hands per hour in if the whole table wasn’t obsessed with their football bets.

I’ve seen Mississippi State get off to hot starts and go down the tubes so many times in my life. Over and over. Bet Alabama-5.5. Free money.

If you say “ball” instead of “football” in any sentence as a TV football analyst, they fire you on the spot. “Catch the football,” “throw the football,” totally fine. “Catch the ball,” “throw the ball,” immediately fired.

Have you taken notice of how America makes the people that it claims to "liberate" suffer immensely? Remember the 500,000 dead Iraq children (from sanctions) that America's U.S. Ambassador to the UN said was "worth it"? Then came the invasion of that same country. Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11 and that had no WMD's! Or how about the poor Cuban people that are suffering immensely (right now) from the blockade of Cuba? How about the Iranian people, who are added to the list of those who suffer from America's invasion, blockade and sanctions? It's never about "liberation" or "freedom." How can it be, when the very same people take away as many freedoms of OURS that they possibly can? Watch @RonPaul & @ChrisRossini below:

- You: "My stocks went up 10%." - Government: "Congratulations! That's taxable." - You: "But inflation was 8%. I only really gained 2%." - Government: "We tax the full 10%." - You: "You tax the inflation you created?" - Government: "Capital gains are capital gains." - You: "So you profit from debasing my money twice?" - Government: "You're not an economist."

How in the world is Everson Walls not in the Hall of Fame? 57 interceptions, 13th all time. If you’re around my age, you know how good he was.

Quit bitching and give your assistants significant raises. Problem solved! Right?! Oh, but you would never do that because the free market has determined what your assistants should make, just like it’s determined what the players make!
"I'm gonna say this, I probably shouldn't: nine of my players make more than my assistants. And the other three make more than all my staff, and we are not one of the highest payers..." John Calipari continuing his support for Protect College Sports Act while dishing out some interesting facts on his roster. #WPS Full 35-minute presser: nwahomepage.com/sports/watch…

Nick Saban is right that player and coach pay are "totally different markets." What he's ignoring is that in every other American sport that generates the type of revenue college football generates, the best players make WAY more than the best coaches.
This morning on ESPN's First Take, Nick Saban argued player and coach pay are "totally different markets." "That's like asking me 'Does a student's scholarship equal the professor's pay?' I mean, how much value does a coach create for a university?" 📺 💰️
