Roblox, this is just not true. I know multiple people that have suffered unfair bans, one of them even losing their account and still being falsely terminated today. You need to fix this, Roblox. I and so many others kindly request that you keep looking into this.
Trusted Friends lets friends chat more freely. Friends can report each other, and Community Standards still apply. Bans are for severe or repeated violations, not swearing. While no system is perfect, we’ve found no correlation between Trusted Friends and unfair bans.

Hi, my @Roblox account, jackalexjack, was permanently banned for “Child Safety” yesterday, despite wholeheartedly believing I broke no rules. 8 years and thousands spent gone. Not one rulebreak since 2024. Has anyone had this ban type lifted?? If so, what steps did you take?
People are getting their accounts falsely terminated because of your poorly programmed AI. Players who have never gotten warned, losing their accounts for a rule they never broke. Absolutely ridiculous, this is your responsibility, handle this now.
We use multiple signals to determine whether accounts belong to the same person. Sharing an IP address or Wi-Fi network, at home, school, a library, or a mall, is not on its own a reason we would take action on an account.

My friend had their account terminated just earlier today, a single piss-poor reason was given, without any further context or clarification. How has it gotten so bad, seriously? "You're banned, goodluck! Cause we sure as hell aren't interested or willing to help."
