The high school PRs of Dakotah Lindwurm, who made the team in 3rd. Two total unknowns made one of the most competitive women’s Olympic marathon teams in the world. Incredible.

Seems college football programs are turning 4.3's & 4.4's into 4.6's and 4.7's at a scary rate. Fantastic freshmen becoming OK sophomores & injured juniors. If speed can be developed, it can be destroyed too, and we rationalize GPS data to justify. Let's rethink this.

If our school district even tries to do anything remotely like this, I’m not worried, September 19th I’m officially at 30 years.

A DC area elementary school — Montgomery County, Maryland — is reinstating a mask mandate — N95’s — for third graders over a few kids testing positive for covid. Here’s the letter. They’re coming with masks for your kids again. Get ready. Read this insanity.

If Darrell Green came around again, some coach would tell him he's got to gain 20 pounds, squat him unmercifully, validate it with a lot of data, and he would never be heard from again. Time to rethink the madness.

Eric Singleton had a day. He ran 10.35 in the 100, 20.99 in the 200, both school records and US top 2 performances and the 100 is 6th all-time in Georgia history.
