Got asked by a rugby fan as to why fellow England club supporters don't support fellow English clubs in UCL beyond their team being knocked out the comp, I mentioned I remember the days we used to, to me it changed around 08/ 2010, does anyone remember what made that change?

A political party’s manifesto should be legally binding. When voted into power, if the policies outlined in their manifesto are not implemented within an adequate timeframe, or deviation is attempted.
