Join us live for A Mindfulness Experience, where we explore all things #integrativemedicine and #wholehealth! This week we are doing an interactive session on art therapy with @CorcoranGW's Mia Angarita and Becca Steynberg, who are #GWSMHS Resiliency and Well-Being Center interns. They will discuss how art connects to holistic health and wellness. Mia and Angarita will delve into the benefits of art therapy in addressing specific mental health topics such as stress, anxiety, and enhancing the mind-body connection. The mind-body practice will invite participants to engage creatively through a reflective drawing activity, so we recommend having a paper and drawing utensil on hand!
