@cvspharmacy I had a scheduled vaccine appointment this morning. I scheduled it mid-week for today Saturday. Not only did I call, but checked in on the computer. I sat there for 30 minutes and not one employee acknowledged me or spoke to me. It wasn’t busy at all.
Then I get a text saying that there was an insurance issue which I find hard to believe. Anyway, I went to report this and received a coupon. No resolution. A coupon. Now I will need to take time off from work and see my PCP if she has availability. Thanks CVS!

@PECOconnect customer service sucks. Asked to split one payment into 2 and was told I would be charged for the next months bill at the 2nd half of the payment makes no sense. Requested to speak to a manager and told,”they are going to say the same thing” then placed on hold.
