The @GOP must be thrilled that 11 days before elections, we learn that the Trump family secretly orchestrated a deal to allow Russians to drill Alaska in exchange for a $25 billion "investment" funneled through their proxies.

BREAKING: Law firms are reportedly offering Matthew Cole, the writer of the money laundering exposé on Jared Kushner, unlimited free legal services to counter-sue Kushner for his libel accusations so when Jared inevitably drops his suit legal discovery can still occur.

Why will Congress have worked only nine full days between July 1st and the Election? I used a nearly-forgotten parliamentary rule to claim time on the floor and give this speech on the ninth day.

AIPAC is routing millions through other PACs to try and mask their involvement in the Michigan Senate race. GCLF announced a $4.7 million ad buy and it was leaked to the press that AIPAC funded it after the latest disclosure deadline.
Pro-Israel donors are also propping up TFM, another passthrough PAC dumping millions into Michigan.
Mike Rogers Israel lobby total is now at least $13 million.
The pro-Israel lobby AIPAC made a big contribution to the opponent of Senate candidate for Michigan Abdul El-Sayed (because of his legitimate criticism of Israel) in a way it hoped could be hidden. It didn't work. trib.al/ugza37S

🚨🚨BREAKING: Dolly Parton’s sister, Stella Parton, says a Tennessee voting machine repeatedly switched her selection to Republican Marsha Blackburn, forcing her to correct her ballot THREE TIMES before voting. She’s not alone. Other Tennessee voters have reported similar problems while attempting to vote for Democrats.

What a joke! AIPAC has been funneling money through “democracy engine” instead of doing direct donations and bundling. I introduced a bill that would require AIPAC to disclose their influence campaigns just as others do under FARA.
The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), one of the most influential forces in U.S. politics, will no longer directly endorse candidates or donate to them from its federal political action committee, the group said. wapo.st/4yG3tqX

AIPAC announced Wednesday it will stop endorsing candidates, stop giving directly through its PAC, and stop earmarking member donations.
DON'T BE FOOLED. This is brand protection, not a change in strategy.
The PAC was the small change. It could give a candidate $5,000. Their super PAC, United Democracy Project (UDP), keeps running. It has spent more than $83 million this cycle, including over $30 million in a single Michigan Senate primary.
A super PAC has no spending limit and doesn't need the candidate's permission. Its attack ads often never mention Israel. Voters see a hit piece on crime or taxes and never learn why it was paid for.
That's the point. An AIPAC endorsement has become a liability now that people are seeing what it stands for. Now a candidate can say "AIPAC didn't endorse me and didn't give me a dime" while UDP spends millions on threir behalf.
It's the same money, just with fewer fingerprints and harder to trace.

Jared Kushner’s Hacked Phone Revealed His Secret Negotiations—Including More Than $700 Million In Transfers vanityfair.com/story/jared-k…

While Kushner Negotiated for America, the Screen Showed Something Far More Sinister
Jared Kushner's hacked phone exposes secret billion-dollar money trail and possible crimes of federal bribery and foreign agents laws if he promised anything in return.
In an excerpt published by Vanity Fair from his upcoming book Princes and Thieves, investigative reporter Matthew Cole describes how Dutch military intelligence flipped a Russian GRU hacker in 2017 and used him to access a Russian server holding screenshots from Jared Kushner's iPhone. By early 2018, according to Cole, the Dutch had cracked the device themselves and could watch Kushner's screen in real time.
What they observed, Cole reports, was Kushner logging into a UAE bank account containing hundreds of millions of dollars that had been routed through a bank in Azerbaijan. Cole's reporting further alleges that Saudi and Emirati royals ultimately directed at least $2 billion into accounts tied to Kushner. That sum includes roughly $750 million at First Abu Dhabi Bank — where Kushner was allegedly a signatory on an account owned by an Emirati charity — and about $1 billion held in Israel's Central Bank.
Jared Kushner is far too compromised to negotiate on America's behalf. His self-enrichment, while pretending to prioritize the country's best interests, is an unconscionable betrayal.

AIPAC is now spending as much as $9 million against Abdul El-Sayed.
AIPAC is why we’re at war in Iran.
AIPAC is why the U.S. has supported genocide in Gaza.
We must say NO to AIPAC.
YES to electing Abdul as Michigan’s next U.S. Senator.

“In late spring 2020, a source I knew to be reliable called me with a story,” writes Matthew Cole. “The Dutch government had hacked into Jared Kushner’s phone and monitored him as he accessed a Dubai-based bank account. What was odd, the source said, was that the money in the account—hundreds of millions of dollars—had come from a bank in Azerbaijan. Most importantly, Kushner appeared to have transferred significant amounts of money from the Dubai account to other individuals, including a warlord, a mercenary and a one-time hit man. The story sounded preposterous, I told my source. And yet.
Six months later, I found myself speaking with someone else about the UAE government and their use of mercenaries in conflicts around the Middle East and Africa when I asked, on a whim, whether they knew anything about Kushner and bank transfers from a UAE account. My acquaintance grew quiet. Then they replied, ‘Yes.’”
An exclusive excerpt from Matthew Cole's ‘Princes and Thieves: Jared Kushner and Mohamed bin Zayed’s Secret Plot to Remake the Middle East’ examines how bank accounts linked the president's son-in-law—and former senior adviser—to Israel, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Kushner’s lawyer denied any such accounts existed.

Listen up, y'all. Take as long as you need to and make damn fucking sure your vote is cast correctly.

AIPAC has become such a political liability that it’s shifting to a more “nimble” (read: secretive) approach to buying politicians for Israel
Instead of high profile endorsements and PAC donations, it will quietly mobilize individual donors for direct contributions

Schumer and Jeffries may mean well, but neither is capable of guiding Democrats in their fight to the death against the entirely-corrupt Republican Party. We need skilled and savage street fighters, not meek little letter-writers.

Trump plans to end a Medicare Part D subsidy program in 2027, raising concerns about prescription drug affordability for affected beneficiaries.
The change could influence how older Americans manage medication expenses and evaluate their coverage options.
