IF you are thinking about buying a @Hyundai automobile you might want to know HOW they treat you when you find out they designed an engine with a time released failure.
Tens of thousands of these engines "break down" as a result. A Class Action Lawsuit forced them to admit the design flaw and extend the Warranty to 15 years and 150,000 miles. NO "Ownership tiers" involved.
After which; @Hyundai created a "qualifying protocol" that actually points the blame for the KNOWN FAULTY DESIGN "on the consumer" for "dirty oil".
All in all - this is nothing more than a scam revealed and LAWFARED to minimize exposure.
THEY turned a Class Action Lawsuit into a revenue generation machine.

A Boston parent told the City Council that a Boston Public Schools staff member r*ped her child at school, the district covered it up, and when she asked why, they trespassed her and filed child-abuse reports against her.

Monica Murchison testified that her daughter was forcefully r*ped by a BPS staff member during school hours. She said protocol required police to be called, a 51A filed, and her to be contacted as the parent. None of that happened.

She had no knowledge of the incident and continued sending her daughter to school every day until the girl had a meltdown. “I was putting her into the arms of the abuser,” Murchison said.

When she demanded answers, BPS trespassed her from her daughter’s school and filed 51A child-abuse reports against her instead of the staff member. She pulled her daughter out of the district, left her catering job, and now home-schools her.

The hearing followed a three-year court fight that forced BPS to release records of more than 2,000 student-on-student s*xual misconduct complaints from 2018-19 through 2023-24. Councilors called for transparency after the district fought to keep the data hidden.

Another parent described repeated physical as$aults, bullying, and s*xual misconduct involving her 8-year-old daughter, including on the school bus for two years.

Think about what it means when a district fails to report a staff member’s r*pe of a student and then turns its reporting tools on the mother who asks questions.

Two men ICE says were illegal aliens ran into Margarita's Mexican Cantina in Armory Square in Syracuse, New York, apparently thinking a restaurant would force agents to stop and get a warrant.
It doesn't. Under the exigent circumstances exception, officers in hot pursuit of a suspect can follow him into a building without a warrant. The Supreme Court recognized hot pursuit as an exigency in United States v. Santana (1976). On top of that, the dining room of a restaurant open to the public isn't a private home.
The left is going nuts over this because they don't understand exigent circumstances.
In the end, ICE got a two-fer.

If the New York Times simply went back and looked at their own reporting, they have already credited another capable attorney for what he successfully did without me and took credit for. Angela Rose investigated the addresses linked to the 'winery' and uncovered no evidence of the business' existence. Another address led to a post office building.
At least Nancy Pelosi and Gavin Newsom have vineyards. Omar had nothing.
She also visited Ilhan's husband's $30 million investment firm 'Rose Lake Capital', and discovered it was operating out of a WeWork.
