Busy morning today in with @colaisteabbain with the schools GAA coaches/teachers for a workshop on all things #athleticdevelopment and how to start implementing it with all age grade school teams.

Finishing off strong before the Christmas break with 40 young lads in the gym this morning in FCJ as part of their continued #athleticdevelopment support. Huge progress with this group over the previous few months and is showing on the pitch with a Leinster final to come soon.
