One of the highlights was our session with @SenGaryPeters, his office and @emiliemc @karacalvert from @coinbase discussing #FIT21 Really appreciate the senator for meeting with us and hearing us out as we shared about the good we've seen this technology bring, and what's at risk

Colorado and Michigan founders visited Capitol Hill yesterday to make their voices heard and explain to their representatives, face-to-face, the way that their projects are supporting their local communities and economies. The positive energy was palpable. Many thanks to the founders for making the trek to DC and for building in the USA and to @emiliemc for joining us.

Yesterday marked the most surreal day I've ever experienced. I spent the day in DC with @coinbase, engaging with members of Congress - Senators, Representatives, and staffers. Our conversations revolved around the significance of cryptocurrency legislation and the #FIT21 bill.🧵

A handful of billionaires now have unprecedented control over banking, the food we eat, the health care we can access, and the information we receive. Folks, this is what oligarchy looks like.
