Connor Bedard said his shoulder felt good. He established that immediately, giving Connor Dewar a little hit with it on his first shift.
"I remember last year when I came back, I got blown up my first shift. I'm happy it wasn't that. I'm happy I got to rub a guy out. He probably didn't feel it, but it felt good."

I'm so so so so happy that the Flames won. They really needed a win. My boy Zach Whitecloud deserved a win.
Great win! But keep working on the PP! #VegasBorn

Adin Hill gave up as soft of a goal as you’ll see in the opening minutes, then 2 more tough ones shortly after.
He shook it off, leaned back on his cross bar, never lost confidence, and stopped the next 16 shots (including a couple of huge saves) to get the win.
Gutsy performance. Even 10 years into doing this job, working with these athletes every day, their professionalism and mental fortitude in pressure situations never ceases to impress me.

The "Down By 3" Golden Knights have returned in full force in the 2026-27 season. Brett Howden on the back door. Beautiful feed from Marner. 3-2 TOR
What a rough start. I want an aggressive comeback, not pinball passing!!!!! #VegasBorn

The NHL is playing a very dangerous game when it markets its stars as sex symbols and it’s only going to bring more of the attention he’s trying to avoid. The innuendos in this article are gross. Respect him as a player.
In addition to being the NHL’s next big star, Macklin Celebrini also possesses heartthrob looks; he appears, essentially, like he could have been cast in Heated Rivalry or Off Campus—the ultra-popular romance shows that have recently used the world of hockey as a backdrop for steamy love stories.
As his profile has risen, he has become an unwitting target of intrigue, fascination, and parasocial projection among those series’ many (mostly female) viewers, who are eager to find examples of, or at least hopeful stand-ins for, their fictional fantasies in the real world.
It’s an unexpected—or at least ancillary—form of attention, one that he’s still getting used to. “There’s been times where it’s a little much,” Celebrini admits when asked if fans have behaved out of bounds. He says he gets the occasional crazy DM.
“But I think you’ve got to just always obviously be calm and kind of just handle whatever gets thrown at you.” gq.visitlink.me/ZV1p8v
