LOCK THEM UP: Six men have been charged in New Jersey after an Edgewater robbery in which two victims were r*ped at g*npoint. ⠀ Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the charges September 16. The attack happened June 24 at about 3:30 a.m. inside a business on Old River Road. ⠀ Prosecutors said the men forced multiple victims into the kitchen and bound their arms and legs with tape and charging cables. They brandished at least two firearms and grabbed two kitchen knives. ⠀ One victim was struck in the head with a handgun. Another was beaten by several suspects. ⠀ Two victims were s*xually as$aulted at g*npoint and knifepoint. The crew took cash, phones, IDs, and credit cards. ⠀ Jeider Jose Gonzalez Luchon, 25, of Chicago, and Jhon Dervis Simancas Melean, 30, of Chicago, face the aggravated s*xual as$ault counts. ⠀ The other four charged in the robbery are Yorwin Jesus Dudamel Gil, 24, of Elmhurst, Illinois, and Carlos Osorio Rondon, 22, of Aurora, Colorado. ⠀ Lisandro Ramirez Acosta, 26, of Richmond Hill, New York, and Jose A. Uzcategui Pacheco, 24, of Chicago, complete the group. All six face six counts of first-degree armed robbery. ⠀ Investigators said at least one man belongs to Anti-Tren, a splinter of Tren de Aragua. Local reporting identified the suspects as Venezuelan nationals. ⠀ Five were held in the Bergen County jail on ICE detainers. Ramirez Acosta was on Rikers Island pending extradition. ⠀ An investigator told local reporters it was a case with “a unique level of depravity and violence.” ⠀ #NewJersey

An illegal alien accused of R*PING AN EIGHT-YEAR-OLD GIRL had his BAIL REDUCED FROM $50,000 TO JUST $5,000 in DEMOCRAT-RUN Massachusetts. DHS says he illegally reentered the country in 2022 and was RELEASED under the Biden administration. Alcario Lorenzo Lopez, also identified in records as Lorenzo Lopez Alcario, is a 30-year-old Guatemalan national. A Middlesex County grand jury indicted him on six counts of aggravated child r*pe, along with charges of posing a child in a s*xual manner and possessing child p*rnography. He has pleaded not guilty. The case began after his wife told Marlborough police she found a video on his iPad on the night of May 30, 2025. She said it showed him s*xually as*aulting her daughter. When she confronted him, she told officers, “He said he was sorry, then left the house.” Police arrested Lopez the next day and said they found additional evidence in his vehicle. Early charging papers included an allegation that the child was bound during the as*ault. A district court judge initially held Lopez without bail after finding him dangerous. His case later moved to Superior Court, where cash bail was set at $50,000. On Sept. 22, 2026, a judge reduced it to $5,000. Prosecutors had asked for $1 million. The judge said due process no longer allowed Lopez to remain jailed on bail he could not afford. Prosecutors said they still could not produce the child’s mother as a witness, and the trial was pushed to Oct. 19. The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court denied prosecutors’ attempts to overturn the bail decision. ICE arrested Lopez at the Middlesex jail on Sept. 23 on a federal charge of illegal reentry. A federal magistrate placed him in U.S. Marshals custody the next day pending a detention hearing. The reduced state bail did not result in his release onto the street. Federal records say Lopez was deported to Guatemala on Sept. 28, 2017, after a drug arrest in Arlington, Virginia, that July. DHS says he illegally reentered on June 17, 2022, and was released into the United States during the Biden administration. DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said Lopez “should’ve never been in the U.S. in the first place.” She blamed the Biden administration for releasing him despite his prior deportation. Those are DHS’s claims; Lopez has not been convicted of the charges involving the child. He was deported once. DHS says he returned and was released in 2022.
