If you’re wondering about the massive rain bomb hitting Folkestone right now, it is because warm air holds more water vapour and we’ve just had the hottest October on record thanks to decades of fossil fuel burning and deforestation to raise and feed cattle, chickens, etc.

The loathing you might feel now for the varied vested interests, conspiracy theorists and other loons who are trying to prevent the world from tackling the greatest threat our civilisation has ever faced will soon be shared by everyone else on the planet. God help them.

Here we go again. It's supposed to be an absolute last resort, something that happens only under exceptional circumstances, but we are at a stage where **every time** it rains we see @SouthernWater dump sewage in our sea. What are you doing about it @DamianCollins???

Tell us 📢 where you’d like your street tree 🌳 planted. When a resident sponsors a tree through @treesforstreets, they get to say where they’d like it planted. Their council does a survey. If all ok, a tree is put in that following winter. treesforstreets.org
