The Mauigoa irrationality is getting to be too much He just turned 21, and lots of rookie linemen struggle early on (look at Andrew Thomas). He鈥檚 flashed too FAR too early to declare him a bust Coming from someone who鈥檚 disappointed so far & thinks a better OL coach is needed

If there is one Head Coach in the NFL - just one - who has earned the right to say he knows how to build the run game - it is John Harbaugh. The results aren't pretty right now. But he has earned a runway to work with while the personnel pieces have been, to be kind, poor.

Costco blade tenderizes its steaks. The label says so, and it's the reason a Costco steak comes with a cooking temperature printed on it. Before the steak hits the case it goes through a machine that pushes rows of thin blades into the meat to cut the muscle fibers, so a Choice steak eats more tender than it would on its own. You can't see the cuts once it's done, except sometimes in the fat on a ribeye. The catch is what rides in on the blades. E. coli lives on the outside of a cut of beef, which is why a rare steak is normally safe. The sear kills what's on the surface and the inside was never exposed. Push that surface into the middle with a blade and rare isn't safe anymore. That's why USDA says a mechanically tenderized steak gets cooked to 145F with a 3 minute rest, the same number as a pork chop, where a steak that wasn't tenderized carries no cooking instruction at all. USDA figures about 11% of the beef sold in the US is mechanically tenderized, and since 2016 the words have to be on the label. Costco started printing them in 2012, after an E. coli outbreak in Canada was traced to its blade tenderized steaks. The ground beef isn't tenderized. If the package in your cart says blade tenderized or mechanically tenderized, cook it through.

Malik Nabers says he has "20 to 30%" more to get to coming off the knee injury. That's scary to think about. He has 27 catches for 233 yards and 2 TDs over the past two weeks.

I WAS A NAGY SUPPORTER FROM DAY ONE DONT DOUBT ME
What I heard Nagy was going to be as Giants OC vs what I've seen watching every snap 4-5X is night & day *SO FAR. I was told I'd get a Garrett-era type Giants offense. Instead, the WRs are open. A lot. He's putting Nabers/Likely in spots to succeed. They're attacking open space.

I liked Dru Phillips as a rookie, was down on him last year and have gone completely back to loving him again. Hes so elite at so many things, obviously you want him to better in coverage but not many perfect players out there. Hes just a complete dog. A real weapon if used right

Abdul Carter has been a menace this season. He only has 2 sacks but he鈥檚 constantly in the backfield generating pressures. Stepping up in a major way with Brian Burns out got the season.
