appalling customer service from @houseoffraser paid extra charge for next day delivery,failed to arrive,HOF won’t refund the charge, only a code for “free next day”in the future,is worthless as they have been so poor,they getting no more orders from me AVOID like the plague !!🤬

bought my last bit of @nike kit, years of loyalty, had these 16 mth only worn at gym,not outside,don’t jog 👎🏻n yet they reckon, there’s nothing been wrong with workmanship/materials 😂😂👎🏻🤬 so much for their promise if kit fails within 2 years they’ll “get you back on track”
