Kayem Foods Inc. has announced a recall of approximately 1.58 million pounds of ready-to-eat meat and poultry products due to potential temperature abuse during storage. Employee Spotlight: Fred Omotayo Fred has worked with the GDA for nearly 20 years as an FDA-Commissioned Officer. In his role as a Manufactured Food Training Coordinator, Fred ensures good manufacturing practices and conducts inspections. He also investigates food tracebacks and recalls, in addition to supervising and training other Manufactured Food Specialists.
