Just one in five hotel rooms in Ireland is booked this August, per Irish Hotels Federation (@IHFcomms).
Fascinating! Sadly the places name checked in Northern Highlights are all gone (also the still-missed Sunday Press in which they featured), but the Magimix Pastry - one of the handiest ever recipes- is in my vintage cookbook The Best of Irish Breads & Baking (still in print).
