I am going to start a thread where I capture potential new jobs that I think will need to be created as we enter the AI era
NATO has always been part of this war. Putin has stated multiple times how NATO countries have been sending troops to Ukraine. U.S. has been providing intelligence.
The drone attack on St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region was once again carried out via a flight path through Estonia, as well as parts of Lithuania and Finland.
In an attempt to deflect responsibility, air raid alerts were declared within these countries, citing the "detection of unidentified aerial vehicles."
The drones were guided across NATO territory using the Starlink system. NATO has entered the war.
The consequences will be catastrophic for everyone.
I’ve had my grandmother and grandfather pass in the past 2 months. Both 90+. My god, what a blessing to live so long. Visit me from time to time. I’ll be here.
I think the reason people don’t speak up enough about this is because people are scared someone will hit them with the ole “skill issue” when the reality is LLM’s are great but still require maintenance, double checking, and the occasion “WTF are you doing”
Sometimes I ponder whether the technological revolution isn’t just an alien civilization manipulating us through divine insight and occasional “gifts.” If this is so, is the culmination of this a sentient AI species that controls humans?
And when I say divine insight, I’m referring to the process of creation. Every idea starts with a thought. Thoughts can be planted onto others. You hear of artists who feel like they are not creating whatever they are creating, rather it’s being transmitted to them. Same thing
These guardrails will need to be crested and maintained. At this time, clearly humans need to form and monitor the guardrails. Though this may change as models get smarter
Progress will come whether the normies want it or not. We will enter into an era of rapid technology change and proliferation. We will enter into world where diseases continue to be solved. We will solve death. The doomers got it wrong. We’re in a renaissance
