Ohio Republicans want to gut Medicaid—and act like people will magically stop needing healthcare.
You’re not cutting costs. You’re sentencing people to strokes, cancer, and medical bankruptcy. 300,000+ will lose coverage. Hospitals will close.

93.8% of Medicaid recipients in Ohio are already working, caregiving, in school, or sick. The lie that Medicaid = “lazy” is deliberate. They’re not trying to fix healthcare. They’re trying to kill it.
SB1 is a full-blown assault on higher education — a fascist gag order dressed up as “reform.” Ohio wants to muzzle professors, erase Black history, and kill academic freedom.
