We’re dividing. Segregating. This is the build up. The next 20 years will completely change this country (or to-be 2 countries). - Both sides have always gerrymandered - Both sides are now extremely gerrymandering, believing they have to because the other side is - Blue states are back-door trying to make the electoral college not relevant. - SCOTUS is heavy red, heavily favoring the GOP - Blue states are poised to ignore SCOTUS because of it - States (both sides) pass there own laws directing their law enforcement to ignore federal laws when federal agencies are in command by the opposite party - Representation will be fully partisan in a couple of years - This will be too much for voters. Red voters in fully blue controlled and gerrymandered states will move to red states. Blue state voters will do the same to blue states Willful segregation. - Intra-state coalitions will be formed (trade, economic frameworks, shared resources, ignoring federal regs, laws, rulings, etc.) - Strength will be in numbers: the more states who join the coalition, the less of a threat the other side (or federal) will be. - Congressional (legislative) laws will be ignored (they have no power to enforce) - Judicial laws will be ignored (they have no power to enforce) - Executive enforcement can only be ignored (they have enforcement power and bodies), once coalitions are built enough to withstand. - Executive branch enforcement will be limited to what the current party in power feels like enforcing. No one standard across the board. - Political opponents will be targeted executively, but protected by the state coalitions. - Eventually, deep blue and deep red states will be fully populated as such, easily noticeable boundaries between the two major sides. - State coalitions will stop their residents from paying federal taxes, protecting them legally and physically - Trade deals between coalitions and supporting foreign entities will commence. - The power of the combined 3 branches of government will become obsolete on a large scale. - Lines will be drawn, the split will be on None of this would require any actual secession from anyone one state. Nor any real shots fired. The US splits, naturally, slowly, figuratively at first then literally, until there’s two ruling sides. It’s breaking.

New Mexico was first colonized and named by two Spanish explorers names Juan de Oñatethe and Francisco de Ibarra. They colonized New Mexico with slaves, even though slavery was restricted by Spanish law. You want to keep the name of a state that was named by slave owners?

Some Commanders stats around Jayden Daniels: Record: When Jayden plays at all: 16-13-1 When Jayden doesn’t play at all: 4-8 When Jayden plays FULL game: 16-9-1 (4 of the 16-13-1 losses Jayden started but didn’t finish the game) Scoring (Team PPG): When Jayden plays at all: 25.7 PPG When Jayden doesn’t play: 23 PPG When Jayden plays FULL game: 27.5 PPG Defense: (PPG scored by opponent) When Jayden plays at all: 25.5 PPG When Jayden doesn’t play: 27.6 PPG When Jayden plays FULL game: 23.7 PPG This shows that when JD5 is sustaining drives, keeping opposing offenses on the bench, those teams score less, giving WAS more of a chance to win, than if another QB is playing for JD5. When Jayden plays a full game: - 62.5 win percentage - 27.5 PPG (currently 6th most in NFL) - 23.7 PPG allowed by defense (currently 20th, better than they are now - last) And, nearly a 4 point difference than opponent scoring, which is difference between a TD and a FG. Keep JD5 healthy.

If you have FSD on and your Tesla is driving for you.. And it speeds and gets you a speeding ticket.. Should Tesla cover the ticket cost?

Better budgeting doesn’t bring prices down, but it helps you manage your money paycheck to paycheck. Don’t add a monthly subscription expense. It’s not hard to properly track it all yourself. Here’s a free starter monthly budget sheet to do just that:

Two things can be true at once. Taxes can be way too high for the majority of us.. While there can also be too many ways on the books for the ultra wealthy to evade taxes.

This is all interesting. Everyone claims to believe no one is above the law, even politicians. But everyone also claims that when a politician faces an investigation, charge, raid and/or arrest by a DoJ that happens to be ran by the other party.. That it’s all politics and abuse of power. Going after political opponents. So what is it, or what should it be? AND two things can be true at once. Politicians can break the law, intentionally and unintentionally. However, a respective DoJ can 100% target someone and try to find something in their past to twist into breaking one of the thousands of federal laws on the books. Politicians love this game, too. They can do whatever they want, figuring if their party is in control of DoJ, they’ll sweep it under the rug, and if the other party controls the DoJ, they’ll claim any investigation/charge is all politics, abuse of power, etc. For voters, it’s apparent that when it’s a politician one doesn’t like, the answer is “no one is above the law.” When it’s a politician they like or support, it’s “this is abuse of power by the DoJ.” So what should it be? Politicians of one party should not be held accountable for their actions, if the other party holds the power of the DoJ? Does it matter that warrants were submitted and signed off on by judges, or are the judges just as compromised as we believe DoJ is? What’s funny is political parties don’t even hide it. For example, democrats today (while Trump is in office) are publicly saying they will use the law to go after everyone in Trump’s administration once they regain control of the executive. Is that ok? Or is it as simple as “well, if they have nothing to hide, they won’t worry about being investigated”..? Was it ok to investigate Trump, but not Ilan Omar? IF Ilhan Omar broke some law, should she not be held accountable, simply because the GOP controls the DoJ right now?

All of this is awful. What he did, the hell he brought these victims, the amount of $ he’s made sitting in jail.. Still.. would you be able to be the one who pulls the trigger? On the fence, personally, on executing and the death penalty. I get it, both side of it. No matter how you feel about the death penalty, the biggest issue with it is how much time it takes. 17 years allows for the public to start building compassion for the one who terrorized other people and ruined their lives. If a charge by a state/prosecutor is going to potentially carry a death sentence if convicted, that trial and insuring execution (if convicted) needs to happen immediately. Otherwise, people start forgetting about the heinous act by the perp and shift their focus to what seems like a heinous act by the justice system.
Nearly $300,000. That's how much the Fort Hood terrorist collected in Army pay while he sat in a jail cell. Nov. 5, 2009. Nidal Hasan, an Army major, opens fire on unarmed soldiers waiting for medical checkups. 13 dead, one of them pregnant. More than 30 wounded. And the paychecks kept coming. Over $7,000 a month, every month, for almost 4 years while he waited for trial. The Pentagon confirmed it. Military rules said his pay couldn't be cut off until he was convicted. His lawyer says he gave nearly all of it away to charity. Which charities? The attorney won't say. So his victims sued and found nothing left to collect. The Army says it can't claw back a dime. Meanwhile Obama's government called his terror attack "workplace violence." That label kept his victims from getting combat benefits for years. They didn't get their Purple Hearts until 2015, after Congress forced the issue. The killer got a salary. His victims got a fight. On Dec. 3 he finally faces a firing squad. 17 years late. Justice for the Fort Hood 13.

If Tennessee (or any state) wants a successful execution, all they have to do is put the person on any city street corner with a sign that says “there are only 2 genders.” The left will execute them within a couple of hours.

Let’s say someone is in jail serving a life sentence. Some time during said sentence, some sort of medical emergency happens. They lose heart beat. Rushed to jail medical facilities, defibrillator used to bring them back.. If they technically died but where brought back, is their life sentence considered served?

Idea for 𝕏. Give people the option on their account to identify (doesn’t have to be public) whether they are D, R, I, or other. When someone makes a poll, have an option to tag the poll as a political poll (option. Not every poll is about politics) Once a poll is tagged as a political poll, only accounts that have their party affiliation selected (even if it’s not a public identifier) can answer the poll. Then on results can identify how many Ds, Rs, Is, or others selected each answer. Could help get more accurate polling. And, like your profile picture, when you vote on a poll, it counts D, R, I, other based on your current political affiliation. When you change your profile picture, it’s that picture that shows on all your past posts too. Like that. That way if people change their setting just to fudge a poll, when they change to back, the poll results update, etc. Thoughts? @elon @Support
An X poll isn't a poll. It's a head count of whoever wandered by. No party check. No random sample. Anyone can click, Democrats and trolls included. The "correction" only tosses out the non-Republicans honest enough to admit it. Everyone else stays in. And a sitting Republican congressman is broadcasting "40% of Republicans are staying home" weeks before the midterms. That's not data. That's a Democrat talking point with an R next to it. Show up. Vote. Bring a friend.
