Community Update — Liquidation Event Reconstruction ⚠️ As we prepare our evidence packet for counsel, we completed and double-checked an internal on-chain reconstruction of the July 27 liquidation event. During the 22-minute core collapse, nine early-acquisition wallets connected through direct token transfers, SOL funding, and a common transaction hub emptied their remaining balances—75.67M $chicken—into the pool. Those sales accounted for 50.31% of all $chicken sold during that window. This establishes a transaction-connected set of wallets. To prevent premature attribution, we will not publish wallet addresses or identify individuals before counsel reviews the evidence and advises us on further disclosure. For now, we will report only what the public chain verifies. 🐔 ccc

I genuinely didn’t think I’d have to clarify this, but here we are 😐 When we asked anyone who was financially affected by recent events to reach out, we were referring to people who invested their own personal funds into $chicken. Over the course of the project, roughly 6–10% of the supply was distributed through airdrops to community members, contributors, and others who supported what we were building. If you received tokens for free through an airdrop, that is not what we’re referring to as a financial loss or investment. Uncertainty is the only certainty. If you’ve been in my Spaces, invited me into yours, or talked to me privately, you’ve probably heard me say it: When you get a signal, observe then trust your gut. A lot of us are building with less capital, fewer resources, and more ambition than is probably medically advisable. So we compromise. We tell ourselves we’ll fix the structure later. We don’t want to offend someone. We don’t want to lose momentum. But time isn’t everything, structure matters more. Know what you’re building. Know who you’re building it with. Give yourself guardrails. Especially when AI lets all of us move faster than our judgment occasionally deserves. And please read what you send before creating a paper trail… Because after going through the last couple weeks, I have discovered that apparently the most dangerous attack surface in cybersecurity is still a very confident human with admin privileges and a Send button. I say that laughing, mostly. The community has heard me talk about identity, gravity, discipline and trusting the signal for months. None of that means never getting hit. It means knowing who you are when you do. Observe yourself harder than you observe everyone else. Then keep building. 🐔 ccc

One week ago, everything changed. Since then, I’ve kept a low profile for a reason. I wanted to make sure that whatever I do next was based on facts, not emotion. Over the past week, I’ve been organizing the timeline, preserving every record. I’ve also been speaking with professionals to better understand the appropriate path forward, both from a legal standpoint and from a governance standpoint. Transparency has always mattered to me, and it always will. Over the next several days, I’ll begin sharing that timeline publicly so everyone can see exactly how we got here. Not my opinions. Just the documented record. I’ll also be bringing the documentation to the appropriate agencies and organizations where I believe it’s appropriate for them to review. At the same time, I’ll be reaching out to technology reporters because I think this story is bigger than our project. This isn’t just about the Chicken Crossing the Road project. It’s about what happens when experienced professionals with real-world reputations enter this space, earn a community’s trust, and then leave people trying to figure out what happened. Whether you’re building in crypto, AI, or cybersecurity, accountability still matters. As for me… I’ve spent this week looking forward, not backward. I’ve already started mapping out the next version of the KEKKEN and tech I designed with a new approach. What we’ve learned over the last seven months doesn’t disappear because one chapter ended. KEKKEN update ⚠️ The agent harness, fighter pipeline, and fight-review dashboards are taking shape behind the scenes. We’re preparing to test the system while coordinating the community tournament and the character work required to bring it to life. If you received a fighter and trainer questionnaire, completing it is the next move. Once those are returned, we can begin scheduling the 1:1 art sessions and building each participant’s characters properly. Every fighter and trainer is being created as a lasting identity. For those aware that John has been dealing with a private health matter, I heard from him last night and am glad to share that @SecurementFL is out of the hospital. That’s the most important update. Please allow us some time as he recovers to keep things moving without asking him to overdo it. The framework is taking shape. Now we coordinate the people who will bring it into the arena. 🐔 ccc

🗽 Here is our road to NFT.NYC—and what we intend to accomplish leading up to it. The KEKKEN tournament is now underway with sign ups 75% complete. This gives us a controlled environment to test the AI fighting system, game logic, and security before opening the next layer. From there, we are targeting the KEKKEN SUI NFT mint for mid-August. In parallel, we are working to secure the hardware needed to expand the scanner and bring it back online. We are currently speaking with people who may help us move that forward independently of the mint. Recent events sharpened our focus on security and reinforced the importance of building each layer in the right sequence: KEKKEN testing → Mint → Refinement Scanner hardware → Expansion → Relaunch NFT.NYC begins September 1. That is where these paths are intended to converge. With the miner already live, our goal is to arrive in New York with multiple working products and a clearer demonstration of how Chicken, KEKKEN, and Godwit operate as one ecosystem. One member of our team is also handling a private medical matter. We are supporting them, respecting their privacy, and continuing forward on pace. Through every turn in the chart, this community has given us the room to build carefully. Attention can appear overnight. Persistence reveals something deeper. We see it. We value it.
