Hello, this is George’s daughter, Emily. He would want me to let you know that he passed away on Friday night. He was 72, and had been living with type 1 diabetes since he was 16, and the disease had destroyed his heart, lungs and kidneys. He went quickly and quietly at home,
I could not help but notice that today's announcement was made in a health care facility owned by Galen Weston.

Wednesday, June 8, I walked, with some difficulty, into my house for the first time since January 19. Thank you to all my friends for all your kindness, prayers, and encouragements during those 140 days, Pic is of a slightly disheveled me slowly making my way up the driveway.
Just a short note to assure my followers that despite everything I am indeed still alive. Hoping to be back on my feet and home early in May. Will try to catch up then.
Some among my hoards of eager followers might’ve noticed I’m not about. Im actually in hosp dealing with a heart attack and pneumonia. I’ll be back. Possibly as a dog.
My lovely and talented grand-daughter, poised to take the art world by storm.

It could be real. I saw this done once with a Beech AT-11. The pilot's legs and feet were visible through the perspex nose. And it was flying between two hangars.
Definitely more foolish than skilful.

My father (right) late in his career, one of the few pictures I have of him on the job. Can anyone confirm that this is HMCS Huron?
Almost every day, Twitter recommends that I follow someone I know is dead. I’m not sure how to take it.

There is no reason to retweet this picture of the Edgley Optica. I just want to live in a world where the image of an obscure aeroplane can get 315 retweets. Maybe I'm just dreaming. unbound.com/books/hushkit/ #livingontheedgly
