Imagine trying to convince a judge you are a victim of the person you are constantly stalking and harassing. Imagine trying to convince a judge that @JLRINVESTIGATES felt safe enough to go anywhere else and confront Ali. Yet he constantly stalks him. That along with him saying his peace was not disturbed is going to make this interesting. Especially now that they have videos that people thought would not come to light.

OH MY GOD I LOVE THIS,
Well, well, well… LOOK WHO'S BACK ON X! 😂🔥 They tried to keep my loud ass off this app, but apparently somebody forgot to lock the back door! 💀🤣 To all my favorite trolls: Did you miss me? Because I've missed watching y'all turn a simple tweet into a full-blown emotional emergency. 🤡 Unblock your therapists, charge your phones, and loosen up those panties. The Criminal Network is back in the building! Same mouth. Same attitude. ZERO refunds. 😎🦇 Let the shitshow begin! 🍿

One thing I like about Florida. Once a case is closed. You can submit a FOIA for the whole case file. Including any videos and or images EVEN IF THEY WERE NOT USED IN COURT. This is going to be interesting.

No you fucking idiot. He is not illegally carrying. Arizona is a constitutional carry state. Meaning if you are over the age of 21 you do not have to have a cwp to carry concealed. Stop accusing people of committing crimes because you are to stupid to understand the law. I bet you think you have to be 21 to carry a gun. Wrong not in Arizona. In fact a fucking 13 year old is legally allowed to carry a handgun as long as he has a parent with him. You can be 18 to open carry. So he is not carrying illegal. He does not need a permit in Arizona.
And once again this bitch is a fucking liar. Not hard to find this shit out. First, I don't owe this bitch proof of anything. Second, someone retweeted my post and quoted an attorney that's a bankruptcy attorney in Phoenix. Why the fuck would I even respond to that? That's like asking a YouTube streamer a medical question. He's illegally carrying. End of story.

Wait I forgot about this one. SO yeah this is my favorite. Dumb ass female. Everything she said here is wrong. Yet I see she did not address that. Cartersmommy is an idiot.
Seems people are confused. Arizona is an open carry state. In open carry states, the firearm HAS TO BE VISIBLE at all times. I'm a holster is ok unless it's hidden. To have a concealed weapon, YOU NEED TO HAVE A PERMIT to carry concealed. In a pocket, under a shirt, in a purse, in a glove box, in an unvisible holster, anywhere it's NOT visible at all times. To get a permit, you have to take a class and they do a background check on you. You also need to let LE know immediately when you have a gun whether concealed or not (you learn that in cert class). The permit does expire so in order for it to be/stay concealed you have to take a recert class. Every state does NOT allow felons or people on probation even for a misdemeanor. Then each state has their own requirements about getting it back. Simple FTA will get you a bench warrant and you can go on probation for that. Then no, you can't have a firearm for whatever amount of time your state says so. Open carry states are NOT lenient on who can and can't carry a firearm. Firearms need to be registered in YOUR name. There are only a few states that are open carry states. Below, this is concealed. It's on the inside of sweats (stupid for many reasons), and it's under his shirt. Holding the shirt between the firearm and shirt, does NOT make it visible. This is Juice so he's in Arizona which means this is an illegal carry. The gun also has tape on it so I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's not registered, again illegal. Hope this helps. @Tracks4fun1

Somebody please stop this dummy from making a fool of herself. This is probably the funniest. Her saying they don't keep record of ride along. Imagine being that damn dumb. Let us not forget you have to sign a liability waiver but yeah they would never keep a record of that right. They also have to perform a background check but I guess Arizona retention law that says they have to keep these documents. Or wait I guess she must know more than Arizona officials because . I mean really how stupid can you be.
This bitch once again thinks she's got something big. Where's the proof it's not on record? I'm a family of LEO's. We even have a couple dispatchers. A police department isn't going to tell anyone about a ride along. After it's complete, they keep no record. Fuck they keep no record once the LEO and RA leaves the station. So once again she thinks she has @Nerdy_Addict and she's got shit!! Fucking liar!

savanna is a very popular person. Is someone accusing her of doing such crime could damage her career. So what’s good for the goose is good for the gander Alex JLR has ran the Guthrie’s family’s name through the mud multiple times I have screenshots of all of it. I have videos of both of them accusing the son-in-law.

SHe is flat out wrong as usual. Here you go. As many attorney's as you claim to work for you keep getting proven wrong. But common sense should have to you that. It's why no one got charged with trespassing.

Lauren you can share this with her. I love nothing more then making that Biattch look stupid. The shoulder is 30 feet on each side of the pavement and all of that is county owned property. She is stupid. The map shows the pavement and the footage for the county easement on each side. Tell her dumb ass do better research.
Guess what? That is not private property its a public easement. Sue Ellens property line is on the other side of the wash. So your comments has no merit. Stop being a troll.

This was just brought to my attention. Publicly accusing someone of a crime is serious enough. But accusing someone of altering medical records, particularly when that accusation directly relates to their profession and has the potential to damage their livelihood, is an entirely different level of stupidity. Here's where she made a very expensive mistake. I hold contracts with multiple companies, and my two largest contracting companies require me to formally challenge allegations of professional misconduct before they will treat those allegations as false. Therefore, her accusation has left me with no choice but to pursue legal action to protect my professional reputation and contractual relationships. And here's the part she apparently didn't think through. Because she has accused me of altering medical records, I will now need to subpoena the relevant medical records, along with the complete electronic access logs and audit trails showing who accessed those records, when they accessed them, and whether any modifications were made. So congratulations. In your attempt to publicly accuse me of a crime, you've potentially opened yourself up to a legal case in which the actual evidence will be examined. And as I've already demonstrated, I do not bluff when it comes to my livelihood. I don't make empty threats, and I certainly don't sit quietly while someone makes accusations that could jeopardize the contracts I've worked to secure. You may now get an opportunity to experience how the legal process actually works. I am referring to Michelle's comment in this post. I am sure the only way the judge will allow the subpoena is if done under seal. Meaning only the parties involved will be able to see it. But this will also allow the judge to rule on the records under seal. So in the end we will not know exactly what they say. We will know 2 things. Were they accessed? Were they changed? She should have thought this through. Changing them is not possible. Either way it will all come out. Good Luck fighting that shit Cartersmommy.

If they knew what I know, they would have shut the fuck up a long time ago. Let me make something perfectly clear. I don't expect a single person to believe me. Who the fuck am I? I'm just a regular person on X. I'm no bigger, no badder, and no better than anybody else on this app. I don't claim to know everything, and I'm certainly not above getting something wrong. But here's the difference between me and some of these people. I don't get on this app making statements for the purpose of scaring people, intimidating them, or pretending I have information I don't actually have. When I say something with certainty, there's a reason for it. And I'm going to say this one more time, so pay very close attention. They're right about one thing. HE DOES NOT HAVE TO BE THERE. EVER. He will not have to show his face in a courtroom for this particular case. Not for a hearing. Not for a trial. Not even for sentencing. And before somebody starts running their mouth about how that isn't possible, understand something. This case is not going to end the way these people have convinced themselves it will. I'm not making a prediction. I'm telling you what I know. Now, here's where this whole situation gets particularly interesting. The same people who have spent all this time running their mouths, making accusations, and practically celebrating an outcome that hasn't happened are going to have a whole lot of explaining to do. And the funniest part? The very person they're going so hard for ALREADY KNOWS. Oh, let me put a little birdie in your ear. SHE KNOWS. She knows this isn't going to end the way they've been telling everybody it will. And this isn't something she just found out yesterday. She's known for quite some time. Yet she's sat back and watched every single one of them continue running their mouths, making statements, and digging themselves deeper. Think about that for a minute. The person they're fighting so hard to defend has information they apparently don't, and instead of correcting the narrative, she's allowed them to keep going. Now, remember that post I made about how deleting their entire YouTube channels wouldn't save them? I meant every fucking word. Because here's the part they apparently haven't figured out. You cannot delete evidence out of somebody else's possession. Delete the videos. Delete the posts. Delete the comments. Hell, delete the entire channel and pretend none of it ever happened. It doesn't change what has already been preserved. I have the videos. I have the posts. I have the comments. I have the material they apparently thought would disappear when they hit that little delete button. ALL OF IT. And the irony of this entire situation is that the people doing the most talking may very well be the people who know the least. They should have shut the fuck up a long time ago. But they didn't. And now, when the truth finally comes out, I suspect some of them are going to wish they had spent a little less time talking and a whole lot more time asking why the person they were defending never bothered to tell them what she already knew.

I can't help but wonder. Do people really know how court systems work? Including knowing how the players involve interact? A we;l known attorney is going to have a professional relationship with a prosecutor. In a sense they work together just on different teams. When you go start dragging an attorney through the mud and that attorney then points that out to a prosecutor and or sends video of you having an attack party including bringing small children in on it. Your do no wrong persona gets tossed out a window. Good luck with that shit.

Somebody please go tell this bitch that for someone claiming to be a paralegal, she is embarrassingly misinformed about the law. And the worst part? She's confidently spreading information she clearly doesn't understand. First of all, you absolute idiot, Arizona is BOTH an open-carry state AND a constitutional-carry state. Constitutional carry means eligible adults 21 and older can carry a concealed firearm without a permit. Let's get a few things straight: At 18, you can generally legally possess and openly carry a handgun in Arizona. At 21, you can generally carry a concealed handgun without a permit. Individuals under 18 may possess or carry firearms under specific statutory exceptions, including certain circumstances involving parental supervision. That does not mean every minor can carry a handgun anywhere simply because a parent is present. Arizona residents may obtain concealed weapons permits for several reasons, including reciprocity with other states, certain federal firearm-related exceptions, and other legal benefits. Now, here's what makes this especially embarrassing. You're supposedly a PARALEGAL, yet you're out here confidently lecturing people about laws you apparently haven't bothered to read. Arizona Revised Statutes §§ 13-3102 and 13-3112 are publicly available. You don't need a law degree to look them up. You just need the common sense to do it before opening your mouth. Being loud doesn't make you legally correct. And calling yourself a paralegal doesn't magically turn misinformation into law.

Somebody needs to let him know his motion was DENIED.
NerdTurd and Birdie acknowledge they have followed James Worley on YT. Taking advantage of someone going through what was happening, is so low class and not indicative of an alcoholic/addict in recovery helping other addicts/alcoholics. Theres a lot of these type people on YT.

Sometimes, when the phone calls become a little too frequent, they stop sounding like concern and start sounding a whole lot like desperation. And desperation has a funny way of raising questions nobody was even thinking to ask. See, when you keep begging someone , you might accomplish the exact opposite. Suddenly, people start looking a little closer. Asking different questions. Connecting dots that weren't even on their radar. And that's when things get interesting. Because sometimes, what starts as one investigation leads straight into something nobody saw coming. Especially the person making all those phone calls. And the worst part? Once certain things are uncovered, there's no putting them back where they were. Whoops. Anybody got a time machine? Because I need this week to hurry the hell up. Something tells me it's going to be very interesting.
