I have seen @ Hon Lilian Aber stating that it would be better for NUP to apologise before crossing to Omoro for burial of the late Speaker!What if Buganda stopped Northerners from crossing to Buganda for the atrocities committed to Baganda such as the killers of Ben Kiwanuka?!

The insecurity in Karamoja region is created by the unsatisfied appetite for money by the security officials therein.President Museveni should on this as usual use informal intelligence structures,he will be shocked! Imagine doing business with killers!
