You can work for years to be more Agile at the team level, and the first time a CEO says "I need a solid estimate and roadmap & schedule for developing this product," 100% of that agiity is flushed down the toilet. It has to come from the top down.

What advice would you give someone to become the absolute worst cloud developer on the planet? I mean "salt the earth where this person's laptop once rested" levels of bad.

"Getting it out the door faster" is never a valid excuse for releasing with known bugs. Those bugs slowed you down when writing the code, and they'll slow you even more the next time you have to touch it. They fester and rot until the patient eventually dies from them.
