On the day of their home opener! Dad picked me up from school to head to the game, and there was talk about it on the radio, nothing like today's instant headlines. People wondering if he'd get there on time, and when he was announced with the team, the crowd went nuts! #LGRW

The @WatchDSN broadcast of the game looks fantastic. The broadcast team is stellar as always. Hockeytown 101 sounds like it could be a fun on-going thing for the season. But the people in charge of the team itself have clearly flunked that course many times over. #lgrw

Picked up my 16yo pup to bring him out for a pee since he can’t do steps anymore. He decided he couldn’t wait and just let loose all over my shirt, and I decided to aim him away from me and he got my shoes at the front door. So I’ve got that going for me, which is nice.

It's a Monday and there is no baseball to be played today. Summer is really over now. No @Tigers baseball will be seen for a currently undetermined amount of time, which is bothersome. But starting tomorrow, postseason baseball starts and that's the best version of this sport!
