@itvracing I’ve gone back to sky sports racing as the background noise on itv4 at Newcastle is ridiculous. I know why you did it but we can’t hear the good ladies informed discussion. Next time don’t put the presenters in the middle of the noise it doesn’t work
@O2 you moved my number to your network on Friday I have no and no data and only 3G you claimed you called me today but you didn’t your service is appalling and I think it’s best I move to a new provider I must say I do not feel like a customer
@thetrainline I use your site all the time and it’s great apart from your little tick box that opens a hotel booking site every time I don’t remember to unclick it. This is annoying and you should reverse this as it’s not user friendly and detracts from an otherwise useful site
Your confidence was was not that good it would seem. Still no water and another statement that really doesn’t tell anyone anything. Faults happen but the fact you cannot set proper expectations and communicate with your customers in a sensible and timely way is not acceptable.
