We made it to Italy!! 🇮🇹
Queen insisted we make a GRAND entrance in town. So we dressed like Italian fashion royalty.
She has been meeting with the designers while I played scientist with my LiDAR scanners.

The square footage alone is rare for Manhattan, perfect for huge art pieces (@AnaDivincienzo will be permanently featured) and hosting. It needs a complete custom renovation, but you just can't recreate this kind of historic character.
