As I was analyzing everything I had researched around the GA GOP before the convention started, I realized that I had left out one essential piece of research. My attention had been solely placed on elected members of the board, and I had neglected to look at the GA GOP's only employee. I was reminded of this after reviewing the emails @JoshMcKoon and his defense of her control of the financial accounts. I ordered an additional background report on June 5th, 2025, because I wanted to know the woman Josh McKoon was defending so vehemently. What I found was shocking.
Listed on all background reports are a list of known alias names that have been used. This is very common, as many women who have been divorced may have used a married name at some point. Karen's report lists an alias as Karen Bush. (I would assume this was from a marriage). Karen Bush has a very interesting past. I am not making any statement about the content of the report, I am only showing you what is on the report.
Again, we have more questions than answers.

Amazing that it’s been hidden in plain sight in FEC records.
Will not be surprised if people end up in jail over what has been found. A few specific individuals deserve to be in jail quite frankly.
Politics is corrupt & just because we are republicans does not exempt us from following the law. We must also be a good steward of donors dollars or we are exactly the same as the democrats.
I hope when this all comes out, we have the opportunity to rebuild the GAGOP in Georgia with a new foundation built on trust & transparency. That has been missing for many years here in the peach state & our state has suffered because of it.
What a shame & a slap in the face to everyone who has donated & worked hard on things like election integrity! Ready to turn the page so we can look forward & rid ourselves of the criminals parading around for years pretending they are representing us in the party.
It’s time to have a functioning party so we can build an infrastructure to actually elect conservative republicans & not career politicians who have waited their turn in line to fund their personal coffers off the backs of hard working Georgians.

Foundations typically have a Board of Directors who are often members of the family itself. There are exceptions occasionally.
The Steven M and Betsy S Kramer foundation indeed includes family members but in addition seems to include others....
Many have asked why the Kramers seem to be included in many McKoon decisions and events. Examples would be nomination as RNC delegates, seats on GOP committees and more.
In the last few days citizens discovered that one of the Board members is Travis Bowden, former Executive Director of the Georgia GOP, currently a Senior Advisor and longtime colleague of Josh McKoon.

During today's GRA Endorsement Convention in Canton, GA, both Josh McKoon and David Cross were asked if they had executed the now infamous 9 page NDA which includes nebulous non-disparagement language and a daunting $25,000 per instance "liquidated- damages" over a multi-year term.
Cross said he had not signed the agreement, having judged it inappropriate.
Josh stated he had signed the NDA agreement, to which members of the crowd called out questions about how Debbie Dooley then would have been able to acquire the list of delegates (which reportedly has been used to attack grassroots candidates across Georgia.)
Notably, members of the Frost family, who rarely miss such events, were not noticed in the crowd today.

So what has Josh addressed? His friendship with John Garst — by way of karaoke. Yes, you read that correctly.
If Garst hits the high note, Josh signs another contract.
Like two high schoolers in Glee Club — except they’re spending public donations and playing house with what are supposed to be party funds (but for McKoon’s private nonprofit corporation).
And, when Josh tried to sneak Garst in as a National Delegate to the RNC in summer of 2024, the grassroots slammed the door shut.
But that didn’t stop him from bringing his buddy to Milwaukee anyway.
Witnesses spotted the two riding around on a leisure boat during the Republican National Convention — while delegates worked, they floated. The usual.
So glad to know McKoon was focused on the convention... with a well-funded “canvassing” broker... on a boat.
This isn’t a political party.
It’s a corporate karaoke cartel in khakis.
And maybe, just maybe, if Josh posts one more stained glass window and hashtags it #BlessedAndTransparent, he thinks we’ll forget.
We won’t.
And we shouldn’t.
