At our firm, we track sales metrics like a SaaS company - MRR, CAC, LTV, and ACV (Avg Contract Value).
The most interesting one to me is ACV. And it’s not about increasing prices. It’s more about aligning our value prop/pricing to the right client profile.

Over 5,000 miles traveled in the last 5 days. Conference, funeral, and now a wedding. 3 different states, none of which close to home.
One thing that rings true throughout - relationships. Invest in people. Highest yielding investment around.
Wild. Is there a thorough vendor T&C’s review through programs like @ycombinator or @Techstars? This type of clause poses such a huge risk to startups.
I just cancelled my Adobe licence after many years as a customer.
The new terms give Adobe "worldwide royalty-free licence to reproduce, display, distribute" or do whatever they want with any content I produce using their software.
This is beyond insane. No creator in their right mind can accept this .
You pay a huge monthly subscription and they want to own your content and your entire business as well.
Going to have to learn some new tools.

A CFO without a comprehensive data strategy is a handcuffed CFO.
Most CFO's utilize "data", but often it's like a horse with blinders on - they're not seeing or ingesting data points from across their entire organization.
It's starting to become a necessary tool in the CFO's tool belt.
