This is the most important review score to us.
The Framework 12 might be the most repair-friendly laptop we’ve ever opened. Seriously. It’s shockingly easy to take apart, and for a touchscreen convertible, that’s rare. It earned a 10/10 on our repairability scale thanks to clever engineering choices:
- Screwless SSD clip.
- Cable-free battery removal.
- Clearly labeled mainboard.
- QR codes on every major part. It’s designed to evolve with you, not expire on you.
We tore it down. You can fix it up. Learn more at the link below.

I'm always happy to see a positive comment about a company I like doing business with. Good job @FruitFixed!
@FruitFixed I can’t say enough good things about Preston in Charlottesville and the amazing job he did fixing my iPhone. From the moment I walked in, he was kind, professional, and clearly passionate about his work. Great job!

Another good window cleaning for @FruitFixed
This time it's their location in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Did you get a new iPhone and don't know what to do with your old one? Maybe @FruitFixed can help you out.
This is their Charlottesville location. It's one of 6 where I clean the windows.
This iPhone 13 Pro Max got a new rear system and screen swap after some serious damage. Good as new!
