It's hard to run a community token, where community is lazy and leaves everything to the dev. 100% rewards sounds nice, until dev is the only one working for a 2% bag. In these kind of projects, you need more people who work on things. Since you spread the rewards, you spread the work.
@OilRewards fixed that problem for me, as 5% of rewards go to dev. I locked 16m tokens and will lock many more in the future. I can now gather rewards over those, so you can say it compounds. More rewards> More put back into @OilRewards. I wish I had that opportunity back then. Also community is already more active, which helps a lot.
