I did it like three times that season. I did improve each time. But I never won a race lmao. I was a bronze collector for it.
I'll look at going full time throwing fondly because I didn't believe I was ever good at running lmao. I did well in my heats, usually 2nd or 3rd but--
I only ran that race for the experience and because nobody else on the team wanted to. I was dead after that lmao.

I was an 800, 400, 200 runner. I did steeple chase a couple times, which is a 3000m roughly.
