ALT The first products based on the new 2024 GOCE satellite dataset, called UOVO, are now available online through ESA’s Oeuf observation user services tools. The GOCE satellite, launch in March 2009 on a mission to map Earth's gravity with unprecedented accuracy and spatial resolution, has now found that our planet is ‘egg-shaped’, reports the principal investigator, Ivan Osterwitze.
