Hi there! This is a blog dedicated to Leicester Tigers & Leicester City. I hope you like it, please comment and interact! Here’s hoping to be back inside a ground sometime soon! #lcfc #TigersFamily #LeicesterTigers
Niceeeeeee.
Proper side with sensible rotation (finally in this Comp for an away game!)
No idea if we’ll win or not, but that’s certainly something that should give us a sniff.
PS - love Blammy having a right shiner in his photo. Double Hard Bastard material 💪💪💪
Again bizarre that we’re avoiding Twitter to announce good news, but this is excellent news!
Quality lad and a quality player - this boy will go far I’m sure. Really like our retention work so far!!

Good news for those who have a love of great, backstreet Leicester establishments.
The Western pub is back open again under new management (who are great!).
A lot of great pubs nearby, but this is a particular favourite of mine & well worth a visit 🙌
Five point Fridays are back!!!
Very enjoyable evening that (bar the first 10 minutes 😂😂😂)
So many boys really stepped up a gear in their performances - Searle, Carnduff, VDF to name just 3!
Nice marker to send to the league too - we’re still here. We’ll still scrap you.

Amazing what 2-3 returning bodies can do to the look and feel of a side. Just need the rest back now!!
Doesn’t make tomorrow night any easier against an improved side, but it gives us a few more weapons to use 💪💪💪

My favourite thing about FTT was his willingness to get involved in a scrap, or to start it.
My particular favourite was Saints at home in the Prem Cup last year.
Within seconds of being on he’d pinned Furbank to the terrace & instantly got the team back up. Mini Cockers. Hero.
No idea why we’re not using Twitter to announce this, but this is great news!
Other clubs will have been sniffing around, so massive to tie him down on a new deal.
His ceiling is so high, look forward to seeing him progress with us!!

Given the context of a brutal injury list, and the red-hot form Gloucester come to town in, any form of victory on Friday could be the best / most important of the season.
It’s going to require a huge effort from the boys & the crowd too in order to get the win.

29 - @LeicesterTigers' Tommy Reffell made 29/29 tackles v Newcastle, the most by any player in @premrugby at the weekend.
It was the most by any player to record a 100% tackle success rate in a Prem game since Guy Pepper made 35/35 for Newcastle against Saracens in 2023.
Busy.
Mad league already & all to play for.
Any team that shows a modicum of consistency & puts some results together can do some damage.
Pretty well set up already, even at this early stage. Should be a great season!
Evidently struggling to get lads back, plus picking up new knocks along the way, which isn’t ideal.
Good news that we’re able to recall Manz, but it does expose how weird that loan was originally.
Very early for a “must-win game” but this is one & against tough opponents too.
Personally I find this very sad on a human level.
Possibly his greatest rugby achievement & he’s going to lose it.
I know there’s a back story but I do feel sorry for him on this & find it sad.

First 10 & last 10 were the killer periods that cost us, though plenty of other stuff to fix.
Defence, discipline & game-management all let us down & ultimately cost us.
Lots of good stuff in there but routinely let ourselves down.
Feel like we lost that one tbh.
