My youngest son has made it clear what he wants to be when he grows up, and I assure you this book he created to let me know will be framed and in my office soon.
Content creators. I just shot 8 videos in one sitting all wearing the same shirt and same location.
Should I have changed shirts and locations?
Any shark or fossil experts on X? My son found this on the beach and my internet research is torn between a great white, megalodon, and an extinct mako.
I learned the hard way that improvising will sometimes lead to injury.
Our first alarm batteries always seem to go low during the middle of the night rather than conveniently during the day.
So instead of getting going downstairs and getting the ladder, I chose the odd shaped gymnastics cube.
Safe to say I didn’t stick the landing.
Here’s how to never get my business.
Send me a cold email or message where you have put in zero work.
You don’t get my business. You earn it.
Hey @CarnivalCruise
I think my 8yr old may secretly want to help with towel art designs. Just found this masterpiece in our house.
To all parents with middle school children.
How are you handling the stress of trying to help with math homework?
I don't see how people can do block schedules with work. I am sure it works for some, but I lasted about half a day. I feel like it prohibits creativity and forces you into a box.
Too much excitement for the week. Got into the office at 4am to get going.
Anyone else up and going already?
We will do anything for our franchise owners, and the last 16 hours are proof.
We ship our pops to franchisees using dry ice. Our dry ice arrives during the night every Sunday. But this past Monday was like no other we have ever had. We had an email from our supplier with a force majeure notice releasing them of our contract because their plant was down. That meant no dry ice was coming.
Without dry ice, nothing leaves our building. Franchisees don't get their pops. They have to cancel events. Their customers are unhappy. This is not a good thing. This is not acceptable.
Called our backup and got what we could, but we were still 7000 pounds short. So we started calling. Everywhere. Finally, late yesterday we found dry ice in Houston, Texas! Problem was it was after 5PM, and it's not like it's down the road for an easy delivery. So, we found a hot shot service to pick it up and drive through the night.
This morning I watched that truck back up to our dock at 5:19, and I had a huge sense of relief. I did not want to have to tell our franchisees we couldn't ship product to them.
I paid four times my normal price for that ice.
I do not care.
Our franchisees will have pops at their events this weekend. They will be handing out Frios pops and creating smiles instead of apologies.
We say it in our industry all the time: When you are in franchising, you go in business for yourself but not by yourself. I take my role as the franchisor very serious and personal.
Send me a picture if you see Frios in the wild this weekend. Those smiles will be just a little more meaningful.
Proud dad moment.
I don’t force my kids in any direction when it comes to sports. I want them to do what they want and enjoy it.
If my kid wants to get better, they have to want to do the extra. I’m not forcing them to go out and get extra work in or go to a coach.
Today, my son wanted to get better and asked to go to the gym. I was taken back, but he explained why he wanted to and what he wanted to do and improve.
This was on his time and his decision, and I will give him every resource I can to be the best HE wants to be.
Am I allowed to wear a company shirt and hat at the same time or is that too much?
I feel like the rule is only one item allowed at a time when wearing your own merch.
This is what real prime real estate looks like for Frios.
I get emails daily from agents saying they have a prime retail location for Frios. It’s anchored by a big box national retailer and lots of foot traffic.
Sorry Mr/Mrs Agent.
Unless you show me a picture of jump houses and say Frios is the only dessert vendor, you don’t have prime retail for me.
My first vehicle was a jeep wrangler. You better believe we waved. It was more of the 1 to 2 finger lift off the steering wheel wave.
Now this whole duck thing is odd to me. How did it start and what is it all about?
Call me old fashioned… but where is the Tesla wave??
I spent my life driving F-250’s. You drive by another truck… you better believe there’s a nod, wave, and some freaking acknowledgement!
So far in the Tessy? Nothing.
I have started to wave with two hands to show off the FSD when I pass by a fellow Teslonian. And nothing.
Maybe there’s a secret handshake I don’t know about yet. Only had this thing a week.
Thank you for your help in this matter.
As a baseball guy, the experience here at @realdreamspark has been pretty spectacular.
You might increase your sales by offering a deeply discounted price, but understand when you do that, you deeply discount your value.

Teams and players are collapsing due to one thing: PRESSURE
If your child makes an error or misses a shot or anything they normally can do, don’t apply more pressure by yelling at them. Support them. Tell them keep their head up. Great effort.
They don’t need more pressure. They need you to support them in a tough situation.
Have you ever been mean to your AI agent?
I had to get very firm with mine recently as it was giving me terrible responses.
