AT&T went up on my bill. To my understanding it is to expand services to get new customers. AT&T offers discount gimmicks to entice new customers. At the same time AT&T punishes me for faithfully paying my bill.

AT&T just told me that I have to pay an extra $5 on my bill so that AT&T can get more customers. WHAT A JOKE! AT&T punishes me for being a faithful customer!
