A super Nordic Walking session today in Barshaw Park. Its good to exercise outdoors, especially in the winter light. It helps regulate our natural rhythms, protects our mental health, and improves our sleep. And its great fun and very sociable! – at Paisley, Scotland

Doing a bit of sketching this morning before I go for a wee wander as it's such a beautiful morning here in Paisley...just informed the "boss" of my intentions and asked her to give her staff a bit of positive affirmation for sketching effort...she is not impressed...lol...😺😁..

What is everyone doing as part of #LoveParksWeek to share their love and appreciation of their local parks? Might be some #volunteering, or a job you have been wanting to achieve for ages and just not got to it, join your local friends group?

Last night our woodland storycircle was vandalised. 4 logs have some how been pulled up - not an easy feat by any means. This was clearly determined destruction. Sigh.
We prefer sharing all the great stuff happening & the work our volunteers do - image shows family forest school
