📍On June 2, 2026, Roser Torra, ERA President, and Kate Stevens, Local Congress President, visited the Friends of Glasgow Royal Infirmary @FriendsofGRI to discover The Bee Trail, a unique initiative proudly supported by #ERA26.
🐝 Featuring 24 Jesmonite bees across Glasgow’s Cathedral Precinct, The Bee Trail is the first initiative of its kind in the city and represents a lasting contribution to the local community.
🤝 ERA’s support will be permanently recognised on the official opening plaque.

So much fun! Working with @erakidney who come to Glasgow June. They are committed to sustainability & the local community & have worked with us & a local school.
In April, the school come to visit, work in our gardens & be the first to follow Basil & Beetrice #TheRoyalBeeTrail
Cannot wait for you to see what we have been doing
Rottenrow: the Birth of a City
Opening in April.
We think it is our best exhibition yet....
Foyer glow up and some serious garden improvements coming at the same time
@whatsonglasgow
Super excited to be involved in this. The children from Maidenhill Primary School are coming to visit us and our bees in April and they are going to plant some vegetables in our gardens 👌🏻😍
🖍️ A glimpse of moments of curiosity, learning and creativity from the Kidney & Bee Adventure project 🐝
💚 150 schoolchildren are exploring kidney health through fun workshops as part of ERA’s commitment to leaving a positive legacy in Glasgow. The project will conclude with a visit to the museum at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary.
🙏 We thank Kate Stevens @KateIsabelle24, #ERA26 Local Congress President, for leading the project, and all the volunteers who made it possible.

Instead of a #christmasparty it's a New Year party! Managers met with Nurses annually on 1st Jan; a tradition started in 1868. Not sure if was mandatory nor much fun😂 In 1923, the nurses' choir sang & the Lord Provost attended

This is Rascal 😊, one of our #archiveelves & he is usually up to all kinds of mischief. Yesterday, however, he wanted to help curate our #rottenrow exhibition & so he did some research. Opens 2026 & it promises to be our best one yet!

We don't know what year this is from but it is a lovely old-fashioned card....
The modern card with the bee was the only year we did paper cards in December 2022.
