It is #CowAppreciationDay so it is the perfect time to share this amazing photograph taken by John Bridgen from @GlosHeritageHub photograph competition a few years back. I assume the cows are looking at this sign in Cranham, Gloucestershire so that they don't get udderly lost!

This work song of enslaved people on sugar plantations in Barbados was written down in the mid 18th century. It's one of the most important documents @GlosHeritageHub and is listed on UNESCO's Memory of the World register due to its international significance!

For #BringYourDogToWorkDay here is a photograph from the Police archive @GlosHeritageHub. I am guessing that jumping through a flaming hoop was not a everyday activity for most police dogs! #DogsOfTwitter #PoliceDogs #PoliceArchive

From Bagpuss to Balamory, children have been enjoying a wide range of TV shows for years. What do you remember watching when you were little? Is there someone you could #JustCall to reminisce about your favourite shows? #HBAHTech #LonelinessAwarenessWeek @BeginsHistory
