ALT 1. Get to know us We want to know that you've taken the time to find out about us before applying - attention to detail is important to us! Our website, social media, and recruitment events are prime opportunities to understand our values and how we operate. Slide into our DMs on any platform to chat to us, or email us at info@freshsight.com for any questions you want answered.
ALT 2. Know your profile Like any job, a well-tailored application goes a long way. We want you to spend time thinking about the following questions: 1) What, specifically, is your motivation for joining? 2) How do your skills, past experiences, and personality traits make you a good candidate for a FreshSight consultant? 3) What do you want to gain from being a part of FreshSight?
ALT 2. (continued) To clarify a bit on our previous slide, we don't need you to have tons of professional experience - or any for that matter. We want to see interest for the third sector, what you're passionate about, and get an idea of how you might work with other people. Our application process gives you the opportunity to showcase who you are - and that's what we're really interested in.
ALT 3. Be detailed! All of our application questions have space for a 150-200 word response - use the word count fully! We typically receive around three applications per place, so make yourself stand out as much as possible. Pay attention to small details - grammar, spelling, and making sure you write "FreshSight" (not freshsight, Freshsight, or Fresh Sight) makes all the difference.* *We take indicated learning disabilities into account when considering applications.
