Water and electrolyte run on Monday. Powered electrolyte mixtures work better because they can be mixed with water when you are ready to use. A large bottle of pedialyte, however, needs to be kept refrigerated once it is open and consumed in 24 hours.

Resources and priorities need to shift so we can support our unhoused neighbors and address homelessness.
Are you homies with your neighbors? How about your whole block? One of the cool things you can do to keep your neighbors safer is raise funds to buy a block AED. These can be easily stored in a locked box (shared code) on someone's porch even!
AEDs are designed to be used with minimal training and refurbished ones are surprisingly affordable.
