#Bitcoin how many times do I have to explain this to you? YOU CAN NOT CUSTODY CRYPTOCURRENCY! Imagine how stupid the phrase-self custody is, considering that. Are you listening? You can only know a key. YOU DO NOT HAVE A WALLET. You have a keychain. Do you get it yet? There are no coins, there's just values in a DATA base. It's just data. And you can't even transfer coins, or move coins, you can just update the DATA base using your key. Here's the funny part, unless you're a miner or validator, you can't even actually update the database yourself either. The blockchain is speech and knowledge. It is not possession and custody. The shortcuts with language early crypto folks used to try and make it easier to understand for noobs is now being used against crypto. Stop falling for bad framing from ignorant people and start spreading the correct understanding. There are governments out there that want to violate your rights, control what you are allowed to know, what you're allowed to say, and whom you're allowed to say it to. It's not just crypto. All kinds of networks are under attack by those enraged by your freedom.
